Songwriter Sessions: In The Round No.3

Join Rebecca Jayne and Jim Cozens in hosting the third of their songwriters sessions at The Star Inn, Guildford. Rebecca and Jim will be joined by local legends, Leoni Jane Kennedy and Life Like Charlie at this intimate live music event. £5 entry.

Leoni Jane Kennedy

Leoni is described as 'haunting' with very intricate guitar melodies and riffs. Since winning the Freddie Mercury Scholarship to attend her university, Leoni begun to build her career as a musician around the Guildford/London area with her band backing her for gigs in bigger venues supporting many artists such as KT Tunstall. The band have worked on a 7 song album and their single 'Life Like This' with famous producer of Motorhead and Uriah Heep, John Gallen.

Unsigned writer of anthemic pop. 

Jim Cozens

A classic singer songwriter and story teller, his songs are personal, universal, joyful and moving. In a long, eclectic career he’s written songs for other artists, music for radio, television and movie productions and, once upon a time, survived the Eurovision circus. 

Rebecca Jayne

At 24 years old, Rebecca has a substantial writers reel already having co-written with industry professionals and taking regular trips to Nashville for writing sessions. She has charted in both the Top 100 iTunes Singles Charts and Top 40 iTunes Album Charts with her EP titled 'Things I've Done' in 2018.
