Songwriter Sessions: In The Round

Join Rebecca Jayne and Jim Cozens in hosting the first of their songwriters sessions at The Star Inn, Guildford. Rebecca and Jim will be joined by local legends, Eva Perrin Fontana and Joe Waller to kick off this intimate live music event. £5 entry will help support our local songwriters and cover event expenses.

Eva Perrin Fontana

A girl who talks too much and still somehow has words to spare for songs. Cradling fractures of moments in simple guitar pieces and lyrics, in a hope that some light of understanding can be shared. Give 'Little Miss Optimist' a listen, you won't be disappointed.

Joe Waller

27 year old British singer, songwriter, and producer Joe Waller crafts uncompromising pop that draws from his diverse love for genres such as R&B, Hip Hop, and Soul. Influenced by artists like Jon Bellion, Lauv, Quinn XCII and many more he’s spurred on to write and release even more throughout 2019, building on the 1.5 Million streams he accrued as an unsigned artist in 2018. 

Jim Cozens

A classic singer songwriter and story teller, his songs are personal, universal, joyful and moving. In a long, eclectic career he’s written songs for other artists, music for radio, television and movie productions and, once upon a time, survived the Eurovision circus. 

Rebecca Jayne

At 23 years old, Rebecca has a substantial writers reel already having co-written with industry professionals and taking regular trips to Nashville for writing sessions. She has charted in both the Top 100 iTunes Singles Charts and Top 40 iTunes Album Charts with her EP titled 'Things I've Done' in 2018.
